Adding AD Functional accounts manually

Registering Functional accounts manually

1. While logged into the user interface, navigate to the Users & Groups > click on Functional Accountstab.

2. Click on Add a Functional Account button.

3. Enter the Name.

4. Enter the Email address.

5. Select the Account type(Security Group/Distribution Group)

6. Click Save.

Note: Functional accounts can also be added automatically through our Active Directory Sync option.
