NEST file not uploading

If your NEST file is not uploading, it may be due to one of the following

1. Payment Source description(s) do not match between your Opera payroll setup and the NEST setup, to check in the payroll system, go to Payroll\Maintenance\Payment Source and check the DESCRIPTION 

2. Payment Group description(s) do not match between your Opera payroll setup and the NEST setup, to check in the payroll system, go to Payroll\Maintenance\Payment Group and check the DESCRIPTION 

In either of the above cases, the DESCRIPTION must match exactly in Opera3 and on the NEST website (including case sensitivity)

You may also experience an issue if the PAYROLL CALENDAR dates do not match with your NEST Payment Schedule dates.  You cannot amend the calendar in your Opera payroll system, so you will need to contact NEST directly for assistance in changing the payment schedule dates in NEST.
