If you have office 365 and Azure AD Connect, you can enable Password writeback through the options, this will enable users to be able to reset their domain password through their Office 365 portal.

To configure Azure Active Directory password writeback logon to the server where Azure ADConnect is installed and start the Azure AD Connect configuration tool. On the initial opening page, select the 2nd option, Customize Synchronization Options.

Enter the relevant credentials.

Check the Password writeback option.

Start the synchronisation.

Users require an Azure AD Premium Connect license(s) to enable two-way synchronisation between on-premises directories and Azure AD (Device write-back).
