Enable your users to change the DPI scaling on a Windows Server 2008R2 RDS

If your users are having issues seeing icons/text within a Windows Server 2008 R2 RDS environment then paste the below link in to an Internet Browser and download the Hotfix. The server will require a reboot afterwards in order to apply the update.

The settings generally get carried through from the client the RDS is launched from. There are occasions when this patch is required, for example when the client and RDS resolutions are incompatible.
