Take Opera backup

Get onto server

Log into Dataview

Go to Tools

Repair Tool

Select Folder - this will be the company data folder

Make sure tick is beside +Report

Check Folder

Normal Mode

On the report which comes up on screen, find the tables that have errors on them

Close the Report

In the screen that comes up look for the CHANGE buttons that are available - click on the top one first.  This will usually change any other tables automatically.

If there was more than 1 table in the report that showed errors, repeat the above process.

After all of the tables have been fixed, run the report again to make sure that there are no errors.

When all errors have gone ESC out of dataviewer, choose Ignore if asked.

Run a UDS in Opera data.

Get customer to try and do what they were doing when they got the error.
