HOSTNAME COULD NOT BE PARSED WHEN OPENING UP SCHEDULER AFTER UPGRADE TO 2.21.00

After upgrading the Opera Scheduler you may get this message if the account that you used was NOT the Domain Admin account when on the server / PC that had the scheduler installed on it.

How you resolve it is by editing the registry setting "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Pegasus\Scheduler"

The registry path in the Scheduler string 'client target'.

Check that it has the pc/server name; it may actually have the word <servername> rather than the correct name for the pc/server.

e.g. net.tcp://lb-asupp-w10-co:51920/PSc instead of net.tcp://:51920/PSc
