1. Add a new account

2. Select to add it as an IMAP account, and use the Advanced Settings:
   Below is the following details you need to enter once “Advanced Settings” is selected:
   
   
   Name: “account name”
   E-mail: [email protected]
   
   
   IMAP Incoming server:
   
   Host: outlook.office365.com
   
   Username: [email protected]\sharedmailbox name (not email address for shared mailbox).
   
   Password: your password
   
   

SMTP Outgoing server:

Host: smtp.office365.com:587

Username: [email protected]

Password: your password

Once you have entered these details, please proceed and the shared mailbox should be showing.
