Opera3 Email Payslips - unable to use email address for a returning employee

If an employee has left and then returns if you try to use the email address associated with the leaver record you are unable to, however if you simply change one character in the email address from say uppercase to lowercase this will work for example;

if on the leaver record the email address is [email protected]┬áby changing one character to uppercase [email protected]┬áthis will then prevent having to manually adjust the wcontacts.dbf
