To resolve this please check that the scheduler dynamic share is present and shared correctly. The share name might exist but user Claire is not added to the share or no one might be added to the share. This is why the backup has been created but scheduler has not been able to write back to the Taskresults.ini to report on the task.
If the above does not resolve the issue (but should do) then also try the following; Stop the Scheduler service, Change the logon from local system account to a network admin account
Restart the scheduler service.
