Method 1:

We cannot advise on the settings that the customer should or should not have in Outlook, the link below from Microsoft helps to explain why they are having an issue with outlook and it is then up to the customer to change if they wish

Method 2: Change the Programmatic Access Security setting in Outlook

3. Click Programmatic Access.
