Setting Up Multiple Invoice Layouts

In Sage200 you can assign different invoice layouts to different customers in the same database.

To do this you will need to create the different layouts first and have them saved in the Layouts folder for Sage200.

Firstly, the invoice layouts will need to be set up in Sales Order Processing > SOP Maintenance > Maintain Invoice Layouts/

Add each of the invoice layouts into the list by selecting 'Add', then browsing to the location of the file. If you need to remove any select 'Delete' at the bottom of the screen.

Now that the invoice layouts are set up you will need to assign a layout to each account that doesn't use the default invoice layout.

To do this go to, Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Account Details. Select the account and go to 'Documents'.

Each sales account will show the 'Sales Invoice Layout' as 'Default Invoice Layout' unless this is changed.

From the drop down list select which invoice layout this particular customer should use and select 'Save'.
